Pakistan is often seen through the lens of its challenges, but there is another Pakistan that deserves equal attention; it is a Pakistan of resilience, determination, talent, and hope. Our youth are showing their enormous talent, immense potential and extraordinary abilities in the fields of education and health, science and technology, innovation and creativity, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, space and astronomy, sports and athletics, mountaineering and exploration, and many other fields – beyond limits.

In recent months, a series of impressive achievements by Pakistani young people have given the nation reasons to celebrate. From a young woman making history in boxing to Pakistani gamers dominating the international sports scene, these success stories reflect a generation eager to
turn dreams into realities. These accomplishments go beyond medals, trophies, or titles. It means, with the right opportunities, support, and platforms, our younger generation can compete confidently with the best in the world.
Here are some of these inspiring young Pakistanis:
Fatima Zahra – The Boxer
Fatima Zahra created history at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow by becoming the first Pakistani woman to secure a Commonwealth Games boxing medal. Competing in the women’s 60kg category, she defeated New Zealand’s Jordan Wilson by a convincing 5-0 decision in the quarter-final to book her place in the semi-finals and guarantee at least a bronze medal. Her achievement is far more than a sporting victory; it is about the growing presence of Pakistani women in competitive sports fields. Her success inspires many young girls to step forward and pursue their ambitions with confidence.
Ali Imran, Hamza Khattak and Hamza Haroon – the Cybersecurity Experts
Our cybersecurity warriors are making their presence felt on international platforms. Young Pakistani participants Ali Imran, Hamza Khattat and Hamza Haroon have achieved outstanding positions at the Positive Hack Camp in Moscow, securing first, second and third places respectively. This shows very important dimension of our youth; their ability to compete in highly sophisticated fields such as cybersecurity, ethical hacking and digital technology. At a time when the world is becoming dependent on digital infrastructure, cybersecurity has emerged as one of the most crucial professions of the modern age. It means our young minds have the intellectual ability, creativity and technical expertise to make their mark in this rapidly evolving field.
Tayiba Ashraf and Sumbal Fatima: The Taekwondo Masters
Taekwondo athletes Tayiba Ashraf and Sumbal Fatima have demonstrated our sporting potential on the international stage. Their performances at international taekwondo competitions have brought attention to the determination and skill of our female athletes. Tayiba has earned medals in different categories, while Sumbal has demonstrated impressive ability in speed-based events. Pakistani athletes continue to compete through personal sacrifice and the support of their parents.
Khawaja Muhammad Zubair – the Sports Conqueror
Khawaja Muhammad Zubair emerged victorious in the Tekken 8 competition at the 2026 Sports World Cup. After advancing through the Last Chance Qualifier, he continued his impressive run against some of the world’s strongest players. He defeated fellow Pakistani sports star Arslan “Ash” Siddique in the tournament and ultimately dominated South Korea’s LowHigh in the grand final with a 5-0 victory. The championship reportedly earned Zubair a prize of $250,000, but the significance of his achievement goes far beyond the financial reward.
Ahsan Mehsud – The Champion
Pakistani taekwondo athlete Ahsan Mehsud has brought immense pride by securing a gold medal at an international taekwondo championship in Thailand. His achievement was praised by National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz
Sadiq, who highlighted the young athlete’s determination and contribution to Pakistan’s reputation on the international stage. His success is particularly meaningful because it represents the potential of young athletes from regions that are not always associated with international sporting success.
Pakistan’s youth are not just the future; they are actively shaping its present. These success stories are motivating the provincial and federal governments, educational institutes, sports federations, and the society at large to invest more in our young talent. They are providing better training facilities, professional coaching, financial support, and international exposure. Most importantly, they need to know that their country believes in them.
